Any theories from the jacket?

It shows Harry and Voldemort, Voldemort seems to be tryign to stop something and Harry is definetly reaching for something. I can see death eaters in the background, surrounding them. Any guesses as to who, what, where, when and why?

It could be their wands their reaching for, Both of them aren't seen to have theirs on them...And if Harry were battling Voldie he would want a wand, right?
