Snacks for the Hungry Ravenclaws

Lisette walked into the Kitchens after tickling the pear. She was giggling, always having done so whenever she entered. She couldn't comprehend how it was that a pear would giggle and swing the portrait open, but it was Hogwarts after all.

She turned to Matt, and Erina whom they met just before reaching the kitches. "Welcome," She told them with a grin.

"That pear is the most interesting part of my nights." Matt said with a grin, watching Lisette giggle. He then looked around the familiar kitchen and gave a contented sigh. "Love this place." He stated, trying not to jump when a house elf appeared right by him.

Erina caught Lisette's contagous laugh as she tickled that silly pear. The portrait to the kitchens swung open and Erina's hungry stomach growled. Thank goodness, she thought, she needed something to calm this ravenous hunger! She grinned at Matt, who, other than Lisette, knew that Erina was fully capable of eating her body weight in one sitting.

She followed Lisette into the kitchens immediately searching for something to at least snack on. She found a slice of bread on the counter and starting eating.

Pardon me, but I'm starving! She exclaimed as she giggled. So, what's new with everyone?

"I love this place too." Lisette agreed with Matt. She turned to a house elf and asked if they still had those cakes from last night. She smiled with glee as the house elf went of to get some.

"Eh. Well eventfull week for me, but Matt here has managed to cheer me up." She said placing a hand on his shoulder.

Matt smiled at Lisette. "It's my official job here." He said with a wink. He then looked over at Erina. "It's very amusing to see you eat. How do you hold that much?" He asked, grinning at Erina and grabbing a scone as he did so.

Erina grinned at the mention of cake. Why was she so hungry? Ah well, she sighed as she finished her slice of bread. That was a little better, her stomach wasn't sounding like the Gryffindor Lion anymore. She smiled at Lisette and Matt knowing Lisette did indeed have a tough week. Matt was always there for all of his girls, no matter what. I guess that's what helped he and Erina become so close - even if he did get the wrong idea sometimes...like when he first found out about Peter.

I can tell you're doing a lot better - its nice to see your bubbly smile once again! Erina laughed, Lisette's smile could brighten up anyone's day.

She turned to Matt, after hearing his comment on how much she eats. She shrugged and shook her head because she really didn't know how she could hold all that food and not explode. I don't really know - food is just a wonderful thing.

Lisette grinned and nodded back at Erina. "Yeah...Its great not being all down and depressed like I was this whole week." She agreed.

The house elf returned with a huge platter and Lisette walked over to Matt and Erina. She sat on the counter, with the platter beside her. "Dig in you guys." She encouraged. "I'm not finishing this by myself."

Erina's eyes widened as the elfs set the pastries down in front of the trio. They looked so delicious! You don't have to tell me twice!

Erina exclaimed as she took a cupcake and started peeling the wrapper off. They were warm too, oh did those house elves know how to please growling stomachs. What - is no one else intrigued by these tantalizing cupcakes, like I am? She teased as she took a bite of the cupcake in her hand. Delicioso!

Erina winked at Lisette after using her very limited Spanish knowledge. And limited meaning 2 or 3 words. She turned back facing both Matt & Lisette and asked a very popular Ravenclaw question.

Well then - any gossip that I haven't heard seeing as I've had my nose in a book for the past few days?

"I think they look good, but I'm not going to descend on them like wolves feeding their young." Matt joked, his eyes sparkling. He looked around and grinned when a house elf brought him a butter beer. Then he grabbed a cake and put it on a plate with his scone.

When he heard Erina's question, he thought a moment. "What was the last gossip you heard?" He asked, not knowing where to start.

Lisette grinned at Erina and took one. Unlike her friend, she took small bites out of it. She laughed at Matt's comment and gestured to one. "C'mon Matt." She smiled brightly when he took one.

"Hmm gossip..." She wondered. "Well yeah, first we need to know what you heard last."

Erina gave Matt one of her "I hate when you're right looks" and gave him a slight shove with her right hand, seeing as her left and dominant hand was being used to stuff her mouth. She rolled her eyes and started giggling - she did eat a lot, but hey - it didn't show! Not many people saw her on these late night hunger raids.

Oh hush hush. At least I'm not marshmallow woman - you probably wouldn't be friends with me then, I stay in shape...it's all good. Erina joked, she knew that her eating habits were probably unhealthy - but she stayed healthy and active so she didn't worry about it much.

She pondered while breaking off pieces of her cupcake and popping them in her mouth. The last gossip she heard was definately a few days ago, probably the whole "Esme && Miguel" dealio.

Don't laugh - I've been pretty out of the picture for awhile...but probably Esme and Miguel.

"Nonsense. I would definitely be friends with you if you were marshmellow woman. Then I could have a cushy friend to rest my head on." Matt joked, winking at Erina.

He then contemplated on the gossip that needed to be told. He wasn't about to mention Lan and Lisette. "Um..... London kissed me." He offered, brightening at the fact that he found something to tell. "But don't tell anyone."
